The platform brief.

Everything you need to evaluate Augur, on one page.

Augur is the AI platform for government contractors. We watch every solicitation across SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, and 1,000+ federal, state, and local sources — then tell you which opportunities are worth pursuing before your competitors notice they exist.

Who it’s for

  • Small and mid-sized GovCon prime contractors — 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and full-and-open primes managing 50+ pursuits per year.
  • Joint ventures and mentor-protégé teams coordinating capture work across organizational boundaries.
  • SLED contractors tracking opportunities across hundreds of state, local, and education portals.
  • Capture and proposal teams duct-taping GovWin to SharePoint and shared inboxes.

What it replaces

  • GovWin IQ subscriptions paired with Microsoft Office for analysis.
  • SharePoint folders, shared inboxes, and email-based teaming coordination.
  • Manual compliance matrix construction in Word and Excel.
  • Scattered past-performance content libraries that never get reused effectively.

What ships next

Q3 2026 — PWIN scoring & bid/no-bid memos

Auditable scoring against past performance. Generated bid/no-bid memos with traceable rationale.

Q4 2026 — Agentic compliance & drafting

FAR/DFARS compliance pass, volume-by-volume proposal drafting grounded in your content library, two-gate human-in-the-loop approval flow.

The five agents

  1. Discovery (The Watcher). Continuous monitoring of federal, state, and local sources. Pulls full solicitation packages including amendments and Q&A. (v1 foundation live.)
  2. Qualification (The Reader). Auto-generates the compliance matrix; scores fit against past performance; flags red flags; produces the bid/no-bid memo. First human gate.
  3. Approval (The Herald). Routes the memo to the right decision-makers across all teaming partners. Joint sign-off, audit trail, full transparency.
  4. Drafting (The Scribe). Volume-by-volume proposal generation grounded in your content library. Color reviews built in. Cross-org content with proper partitions.
  5. Compliance & submission (The Sealer). FAR/DFARS compliance pass. Formatting, packaging, submission to the right portal. Final human gate.

Differentiation

Multi-org teaming as a first-class primitive. The bid is the workspace. Multiple organizations, multiple email domains, partitioned content sharing, joint approval chains. No competitor architects this way.

Genuinely agentic, not LLM-bolted-on. Five purpose-built agents handle the lifecycle from discovery to submission. Two-gate human-in-the-loop ensures audit-trail compliance.

Auditable predictions, not black-box scoring. Every PWIN score traces back to the data that produced it. Win-rate claims are defensible. Compliance flags cite the FAR clause.

How to engage

We work with a small cohort of capture teams during the v1-to-agentic-platform transition. Early-access partners get direct access to the product team, a meaningful voice in roadmap prioritization, and pricing that reflects the partnership.

Pilot structure: 90-day pilot scoped to one capture team and one or two active pursuits; full data isolation (single-tenant deployment, no cross-customer training); weekly product-team sync; mutually agreed case study at pilot end.

The signs were always there.
